What this policy covers
The only thing BancaBot sells is premium bot access, bought by card through Stripe. Trading money is not part of it: your deposits and withdrawals are between you and Deriv, and losses from trading are not refundable by anyone.
Premium purchases are final
Premium access is a digital product. The moment your payment succeeds, the premium bots unlock on your Deriv account and you can open, edit, run and download every one of them. That cannot be handed back, so we do not offer refunds, and a plan that has started is not refunded in part when you stop using it.
This is also why we keep so much free. The builder, the free bots and every analysis tool work on a demo account without paying, so you can see exactly what BancaBot does before you buy.
If a payment went wrong
Some situations are not refunds but mistakes, and we do fix those. Write to support@bancabot.site with the date, the amount and the Deriv account you used, and we will look into it:
- You were charged twice. The same plan paid for twice within a short time by accident.
- The payment succeeded but access did not unlock. We will unlock it, or return the payment if we cannot.
- You were charged by someone else using your card. Tell your bank as well as us, and we will close the access bought with it.
Plans, expiry and renewals
Weekly and monthly plans run for the period you paid for and then simply end. Nothing renews by itself, so nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Buying while a plan is still running adds the new time on top of what is left. The lifetime plan is a single payment with no expiry.
Card disputes and chargebacks
If you raise a dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, Stripe reverses the payment while it is investigated. Premium access bought with that payment is withdrawn at that point, and any commission earned on it by an affiliate is reversed too.
Talking to us first is faster and usually solves the problem without a dispute.
Your rights under local law
Some countries give buyers of digital goods rights that a policy cannot remove. Nothing here limits those rights. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund in your situation, that law applies, and we will honour it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. The version published here when you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.
