What BancaBot is, and what it is not
BancaBot is a set of tools that connect to your own Deriv account through Deriv's official login and API: signals, an auto trader, a digit analyzer and a bot builder with free and premium bots.
BancaBot is not a broker, not a bank and not a money manager. We do not hold your money, we do not take deposits, and we are not part of Deriv or any other company. Your account, your funds and your trades live at Deriv, under Deriv's own terms.
Who may use BancaBot
You must be at least 18 and able to hold a Deriv account in the country where you live. You are responsible for checking that using a platform like this is allowed where you are. If Deriv does not accept clients from your country, BancaBot cannot help you trade there either.
Your account and your access
You log in with Deriv, so there is no BancaBot password to lose. Keep your Deriv password and your two factor codes to yourself: anyone who has them can trade with your money. You can remove BancaBot's access at any time in your Deriv security settings.
Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, including trades placed by a bot you started. Check a bot's settings, and its loss limit, before you run it on real money.
Trading risk is yours
Trading on Deriv can lose you money, and automation does not change that. Signals, analyzer readings, confidence scores and bots are information and tools, not advice and not a promise of profit. No result shown anywhere on BancaBot, past or simulated, tells you what will happen next.
We do not give financial advice. Decide your own stakes and limits, practise on a demo account first, and only trade money you can afford to lose.
Acceptable use
A few things are not allowed, and they all come down to not harming other people or the service:
- No breaking in. Do not attack, probe or overload BancaBot, and do not try to reach accounts or data that are not yours.
- No scraping or copying the service. Do not copy the platform or its content to run something similar.
- No misuse of other people's accounts. Use only Deriv accounts that belong to you.
- No false claims in our name. Do not tell people BancaBot guarantees profit, and do not present yourself as BancaBot.
Affiliates
If you join the BancaBot affiliate programme, its own rules apply on top of these terms. In short: one account per person, no referring yourself, no misleading promises about earnings, and commission earned on a payment that is later reversed is reversed too.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BancaBot running, but we cannot promise it is always available. Deriv's own service, market data feeds, your internet connection and maintenance all affect it. Features may change, and a tool may be added or removed.
A bot only runs while its page is open in your browser. If the tab closes, the connection drops or your device sleeps, the bot stops, and any trade already bought stays open on Deriv until it settles.
Our liability
BancaBot is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for missed opportunities, or for losses caused by the service being unavailable, by data being delayed or wrong, or by a bot behaving in a way you did not intend. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.
Ending your access
You can stop using BancaBot whenever you like by removing its access in your Deriv settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to. Premium access already paid for is not refunded when it ends for one of those reasons.
Other terms
